Privacy Policy

The terms “our” "we", "us", and "Invouch" refer to Invouch LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of California, United States of America.

For the sole purpose of this Privacy Policy, all software, online and virtual assets including our website, mobile applications, blogs, promotional material, any and all digital content owned, managed and operated by Invouch either directly or indirectly is cumulatively called Site. When you use the Site, you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy describes Invouch’s policies on the collection, use, and disclosure of your information in connection with your use of our Site and also how you can control the collection, correction, and/or deletion of information.

Terms that are not defined in this Privacy Policy have the meaning given them in our Master User Agreement that can be found here.

WE WILL NOT USE OR SHARE YOUR INFORMATION WITH ANYONE EXCEPT AS DESCRIBED IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY AS WELL AS MASTER USER AGREEMENT. Except as specifically provided herein, if there is a conflict between the Master User Agreement and this Privacy Policy, the Master User Agreement shall control.

1. Information Collected by Invouch

All User Content referred in the Master User Agreement including all data collected during

  1. Registration process
  2. Testimonial & Referral based activities
  3. Search
  4. Profile generation and placement
  5. Adding and Management of Connection/s
  6. Purchase made by Payment of Fees etc. For Premium users, we collect transactional information such as your credit card number and billing address or your PayPal account information enabling us to process Auto-Renewal, if you are subscribed for it.

We shall store all the Content including your name, mailing address, telephone number, Invouch username, Invouch password, email messages, your email address and our responses. We may also retain any messages, testimonial contents, requests, invitations, and/or referral messages you send through the Service. We make no claim of ownership in your data. Except as provided in this privacy statement or described in your agreements, we only use your information to provide and enhance the Services. We may also use your information to contact you to provide information about new subscriptions, billing and important updates about the Services, including information about security or other technical issues. We may also contact you regarding third-party inquiries as described in this privacy statement or your Agreement(s).

2. Cookies Information

When you visit the Service, we may send one or more cookies (a small text file containing a string of alphanumeric characters), web beacons, local shared objects (sometimes called "flash cookies"), and similar technology to your computer that uniquely identifies your browser and lets Invouch help you log in faster and enhance your navigation through the site. A cookie may also convey information about how you browse the Service to us.

A cookie does not collect personal information about you. A persistent cookie remains on your hard drive after you close your browser. Your browser may use persistent cookies on subsequent visits to the site. Persistent cookies can be removed by following your web browser’s directions. A session cookie is temporary and disappears after you close your browser. You can reset your web browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, some features of the Service may not function properly if the ability to accept cookies is disabled.

Our Privacy Policy does not cover the use of cookies by any of our business partners, affiliates, tracking utility company or service providers. We do not have access or control over these cookies.

3. Server Logs

Invouch servers store information about your use of the Site, such as your search activity, the pages you view, and the date and time of your visit. Invouch servers also stores information that your computer or mobile device provides to us in connection with your use of the Site, such as your browser type, browser language, IP address, mobile carrier, unique device identifier, location, and requested and referring URLs.

4. Third Party Services

Invouch uses high-end technology for understanding the use of the Site called Flurry Analytics. This technology collects the information sent by your computer or mobile device for our Service as part of a web page request, including the web pages you visit, add-ons, and other information that assists us in improving the Service, cookies and your IP address. We collect and use this analytics information with analytics information from other Users so that it cannot reasonably be used to identify any particular individual User. Flurry Analytics also receives this information and this Privacy Policy governs the use of it.

If you connect Facebook or Twitter on to your Invouch profile, we may receive information or post information to and from this third party software with your full permission. When you use a third party service from Site or go from the Service to another website, our Privacy Policy is no longer in effect.

5. Support Data

Support Data is the information we collect when you submit a support request using our feedback and suggestions control that is connected to a ticketing system. And also further support may be provided through phone, e-mail, or online chat. We use Support Data in the same way as we use your information, as described in this privacy statement. Additionally, we use it to resolve your support incident and for training purposes.

Following a support incident, we may send you a survey about your experience and offerings. You must opt-out of support surveys separately from other communications provided by Invouch, by contacting Support center through email.

6. Uses and Control of Your Data

The personal information provided by you on Invouch would enable other Users to identify you, or contact you as well as use your User Content. Users can also use the Search feature to find others based on their names, location or business. Any information that you voluntarily disclose for posting to the Site, such as User Content, becomes available to the public, as controlled by any applicable privacy settings.

Invouch has implemented and will maintain appropriate technical and organizational measures, internal controls, and information security routines intended to protect your information against accidental loss, destruction, or alteration; unauthorized disclosure or access; or unlawful destruction as previously mentioned in the Master User Agreement.

From time to time, we may run contests, special offers, or other events or activities (“Events”) on the Service together with a third party partner. If you provide information to such third parties, you give them permission to use it for the purpose of that Event and any other use that you approve. We cannot control third parties’ use of your information. If you do not want your information to be collected by or shared with a third party, you can choose not to participate in these Events.

You may access, correct or delete information you have provided to the Site. Changes you make to your information on the Service take immediate effect on Invouch, but old information will be retained in secure storage, if needed upon the sole discretion of Invouch, for a limited period afterward as part of our standard data backup process.

Your information may be transferred to, stored and processed in the United States or any other country where Invouch or its affiliates, subsidiaries or service providers maintain facilities.

7. Policy for Children

The Site is intended for general audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Invouch Service is not to be used by children under the age of 13. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information without parental consent, please send an email and notify us. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information without parental consent, we take steps to remove such information and terminate the child's account.

9. Modification to this Privacy Policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most current version of the Privacy Policy will govern our use of your information and will be located here. We may or may not notify you if we make changes to this Privacy Policy. By continuing to access or use the Site after those changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Privacy Policy.
