Rosa Chang is the best realtor! Rosa made our dreams come true, to own our first home. She is very professional, dependable, honest, hardworking and diligent. We had the hardest time with our loan and we almost lost our dream home but she was able to make it happen. She was there all the way ,helped us negotiate with the lender and the seller's agent. We would have lost the house if we had a different realtor. She pushed us not to give up and she worked it all out for us. She is our hero, working 7 days a week while we are trying to close escrow. Very dependable, she always answered her phone when we called her when we had questions. She also works really fast, if you want own a home fast, she is the person to see. Me and my wife purchased our first home a little over a year ago with the help from Rosa. As first time homeowners there were many things that we simply didn't know or weren't aware of. Rosa had been nothing but helpful, promptly answered many of our silly questions and even helped out by giving useful hints and information. At the time we were looking the market was very volatile, and we were tremendously stressed as we put in offers after offers. However Rosa has been in the business for a long time and her experience helped us in the right direction. She is very dedicated to her job and always acted in our best interest.
